Hi, I'm Veronica, your local organising professional

I know how challenging it can be to face things alone.  Having a partner to motivate & aid you in the decision making processes is invaluable.  As well as a fresh perspective, I have years of organising experience and helping people in their homes. I can provide either practical, hands-on assistance or virtual sessions.

Where Do you offer services?
Currently I am based in Omokoroa Bay of Plenty, New Zealand and happy to physically service all of these areas:
Matakana Island, Katikati, Waihi Beach, Aongatete, Tahawai, Tanners Point, Athenree, Bowentown, Waihi, Paeroa,  Tauranga, Te Puna, Bethlehem, Oropi, Mount Maunganui, Gate Pa, Te Puke, Welcome Bay, Papamoa, Whakatane. Please call me if you location is not listed here.

​Alternatively we can undertake virtual sessions.

What is the Process?
We can book a suitable time for an initial consultation - there is no charge. 
I come to your home / space or we can do a video call.

After understanding your needs better, I can supply you with an estimate based on the works required.

Sessions are usually 3 hours, a standard day is 6 hours

Outside of our sessions together  I can provide other services  
  • 2D plan layouts.
  • Sourcing and advising on storage solutions (I highly recommend you not purchasing before our session).
  • Taking away donations to your charity of choice

Travel outside of 15km of Omokoroa may be chargeable.
Do you provide on-line virtual assistance?
Yes, I often work through projects with people via live video technology.    
Could you be my accountability organising partner?
Absolutely!  I would love to if I am the right fit for you and what you would like to achieve. Sometimes it's just having the date in the diary that helps us get ourselves into action.
Sessions
A fortnightly session is preferred by many of my clients who would like to get their whole house back under control. It makes it easy to calendar in time for the sessions and undertake homework in between. This is suitable where you would like to do more processing of your possessions in between our meet ups.  It works well if there are no urgent deadlines and there are lots of emotions involved in the work.

Ideal sessions for those who would like to process things quicker
If you have a project where you would progress to be quicker, I can work across multiple days. This reduces pack up time and maintains the momentum. If you are in the position to make and take decisions quicker we can get though more if we can schedule consecutive days.

I can also call in additional team members to work your space faster.

​Scheduling in Sessions
Planning ahead and getting both our calendars aligned is important.

Busy times can be after the school holidays, September and the 4 weeks up to Christmas.  Current school dates for reference

2026 school year
Term 1 runs from 26 January & ending on 2 April.
Term 2 is from 20 April to 3 July.
Term 3 is from 20 July to 25 September.
Term 4 begins on 12 October and ends by 18 December.
