Hi, I'm Veronica, your local organising professional providing downsizing & decluttering services done with you or for you.


​Working with you on your project. I know how challenging it can be to face things alone.  Having a partner to motivate & aid you in the decision-making processes is invaluable.  As well as a fresh perspective, I have years of experience and helping people in their homes. I can provide either practical, hands-on assistance or virtual sessions.

Full service "just sort it for me" organisation, we do all the work, so you can come home to a finished, functional space. Easy to maintain and beautiful to look at.

Where Do you offer services?
Currently I am based in Omokoroa Bay of Plenty, New Zealand and happy to physically service all of these areas:
Matakana Island, Katikati, Waihi Beach, Aongatete, Tahawai, Tanners Point, Athenree, Bowentown, Waihi, Paeroa,  Tauranga, Te Puna, Bethlehem, Oropi, Mount Maunganui, Gate Pa, Te Puke, Welcome Bay, Papamoa, Whakatane. Please call me if you location is not listed here.

​Alternatively we can undertake virtual sessions.

What is the Process?
We book a suitable time for an initial 30 min free consultation.  I come to your home / space or we can do a video call.

After understanding your needs better, I can supply you with an estimate based on the works required. For current reasonable rates please call on 021 578 840

Sessions are usually 4 hours or full day.

Outside of our sessions together I can provide other services  
  • 2D plan layouts.
  • Sourcing and advising on storage solutions
  • Taking away donations to your charity of choice

Travel inside of 15km of Omokoroa is not chargeable
SESSIONS
Quick progress on large projects
I can work across multiple days and have additional team members.   Working on consecutive days can assist in reducing set up and pack up times.  Taking a moment to understand the project, get calendars together helps us to create a draft session plan.  This can be provided post our initial free consulation.
 
​A regular session is preferred by many of my clients who would like to get their whole house back under control. It makes it easy to calendar in time for the sessions and undertake homework in between. This is suitable where you would like to do more processing of your possessions in between our meet ups.  It works well if there are no urgent deadlines and there are lots of emotions involved in the work.
 
How long  to sort & organise spaces depends on a few factors.  If you have one space this is the guide on how long it might take to bring it into order.
6 hours plus
   Garages, kitchens
5 hours 
   Clothing & wardrobes, kid’s bedroom
3 hours (minimum session time)
   Linen cupboard, laundry, bathroom, pantry

Do you provide on-line virtual assistance?
Yes, I can work with you on decluttering via a video call.  Great where you can undertake the work yourself.  Sessions are shorter in nature (45 - 90 minutes) and offer great value.  We can focus on a smaller space or take things room to room.​
​
Overall I can bring structure and accountability to your decluttering or downsizing project. Best of all I give you encouragement, a boost of energy and motivation. We can go from crying to laughing in one session!
