I can offer assistance with:

Short term help 
Family or your normal support system is not around whilst they go on holiday? I can help to cover your needs whilst they  are away.   Updating you with their news  / photos via whats app.   Maybe you have had a fall and need short term  help or with assistance with chores you can usually manage yourself.

Technology
Operating technology, smart telephones, answer machines and landlines, organising paper work, computer and internet tasks and email.

Organising Paperwork.
Lots of  paperwork can end up feeling like  things are out of control.  Let’s get a process in place that helps you with the way you work.  And one that best fits with your home design.
 
Shopping and  attending appointments
Getting out to the supermarket, town or down to the garden centre can prove difficult.  I can pick up shopping or items for you in my weekly run around.  Attending appointments, you may wish for some one to go with you to understand and communicate with family. 
 
The list can be as long as your imagination and requirements.   Often we need help with multiple things from opening jars to watering the garden.  Consider booking a couple of hours help, as an initial start and to get things ticked off your list.
